Problem

Processing invoices by hand takes time and can lead to typing errors, duplicates or an inconsistent invoice going unnoticed.

Solution

  2. Design

    Draw the flow — inputs → AI → actions → outputs — and choose the right tools.

  3. Build & test

    Develop the workflow in n8n and test edge cases: missing data, errors, duplicates.

  4. Secure & document

    Protect data and access, handle errors and document the system so it stays understandable.
